HOW DOES IT WORK?

We adapt a swift, efficient and detailed booking process for all our chef services here at DBC, here is a brief overview of the booking procedure.

Maximum of 10 people.
Call, email or message through the website, expressing the type of occasion, location and cuisine you are seeking.

We will make contact asap to gather more information about the booking, dietary requirements, the kitchen and to check our availability.

Upon having availability to cater for your party, we require a non-refundable £200 holding deposit for your date as confirmation.

Payment in full is required 7 days before the date of the booking.

Failure to pay in full a week before the event will result in loss of booking.

An alternative date can be arranged depending on our availability. Another £200 holding deposit is required for re scheduling.

Upon booking your personal chef experience and confirming with a holding deposit, we will email you out a client booking form to be filled out and emailed back asap.

Our menus are bespoke and tailored one on one with the client for each booking, to suite your budget and taste. We also believe each private dining event should be as unique as the next without restricting to your average caterer set menus, therefore we devise different menus for each event to keep it as unique as the next. Once we have received your form back, we will then pair your favourite ingredient choices to make your very own tailored menu.

We will send you a selection of starters, mains, and desserts in a menu for your party to order from.

We require you to pre order for your party, to ensure the smooth running of the event and in order to be able to send out an estimated invoice.

We recommend that you order the same plate for each course to keep the cost of your booking down, however this is totally at your discretion.

We provide all our own cooking utensils, cleaning products and crockery and cutlery if requested to do so.

The kitchen will be left as it was found, as well as being fully sanitised on departure.
We do all the washing up off site, only a minority of washing up will take place at the booking.
