The best local ingredients and one of the best chefs in town, helped to create fabulous memories for my wife’s birthday. Beautiful pate, followed by the best chateaubriand we have ever had, all topped off with a delicate raspberry souffle. All cooked to perfection. “Great communication from Dan, Menu outlined and confirmed a few days before. Outstanding food and even better hosting. Comfortable atmosphere from the start, plenty of conversation. Fresh oysters and lobster from St Ives that morning cooked in my home in the evening. Garnishes etc prepared before hand meant a very quick and efficient service. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely do the personal chef experience again, why go out to eat when you can dinner date from the inside of your own home.”
